14 DAY EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY

We aim to deliver the highest quality signs and the best possible service.

In the unfortunate event that you feel this is not the case, please contact us within 14 days of invoice and we’ll do whatever we can to rectify the problem*

REFUNDS: Aborted Project

Before booking in any work in we ask for 50% payment up-front.
This is to cover material costs should the project be aborted by the customer for any reason.

Once we have received a signed order form, booked the work in and taken payment, we proceed to order materials and manufacture to specification. This is a direct cost for us prior to installation. Once materials have been cut to specification they cannot be used for other projects.

If a project is aborted by a customer prior to our purchase or preparation of materials then we will gladly issue a full refund.

If a project is aborted by us, Kandi Graphics, at no fault of the customer, we will issue a full refund and an apology!

However, if a project is aborted and materials have been purchased or prepared we reserve the right to retain the payment received.

REFUNDS: Faulty or Incorrect Items

If we have made an error and installed or delivered faulty or incorrect items we will gladly issue replacement items as above, or a full refund.

1) Contact us as soon as possible by telephone or email to inform us of the error.
Full Refund will only be offered if we are informed of the error within 14 days of the invoice issue date.

2) Return the items to us at the above address or arrange with us to collect or remove the items from where they were delivered or installed or specify another suitable location.

We recommend that the items are returned using a ‘Recorded’ courier service to ensure the items are not ‘lost’ in the post.

3) Once we have inspected the items and can confirm that the items are faulty or incorrect, we will issue a full refund, including the cost of returning the items to us.

No refund will be issued if the items delivered or installed are manufactured to specification and without fault since all artwork, materials and quantities are approved by the customer prior to manufacture. No refund will be issued if the items have been tampered with in any way or exposed to excessive pressure or heat. Items must be returned to us in the exact state in which they were delivered.

EXCHANGES

If we have made an error and installed or delivered faulty or incorrect items we will gladly exchange or replace the items at no additional cost to the customer.

1) Contact us as soon as possible by telephone or email to inform us of the error. Exchange will only be offered if we are informed of the error within 14 days of the invoice issue date.

2) Return the items to us as detailed above or arrange with us to exchange on-site or at another suitable location.

3) Once we have inspected the items and can confirm that the items are faulty or incorrect, items will be exchanged on a like-for-like basis. No modifications may be made to the design or specification.

If items are exchanged no financial refund will be made.

If subsequent replacement items are deemed faulty of incorrect a full refund will be offered.

No exchange will be offered if the items installed or delivered are manufactured to specification, without fault since all artwork, materials and quantities are approved by the customer prior to manufacture. No exchange will be offered if the items have been tampered with in any way or exposed to excessive pressure or heat. Items must remain in the exact state in which they were delivered.
